A Lap Of The Blog

If you are new to WhereDoesAllMyMoneyGo.com you should know that most Fridays I run a post called “A Lap Of The Blogs” in which I link to some articles of interest I’ve read in the past week. I also include a weekly “racing video” because my former life was in the auto racing industry… Enjoy!

If you haven’t voted yet, you may want to pop over to advisor.ca and cast your vote for Canada’s Financial Visionaries.  You can actually only pick ONE person, contrary to what is posted on the ballot form. I’ve been nominated, but there is some stiff competition. Read over the bios and make your pick.

Michael James on Money tells us how Jack Layton wants to take your credit card away. Good analysis as usual.

Big Cajun Man’s hack-kneed prose about being audacious and how it sometimes pays off. (His words, not mine!)

Mark Wolfinger shares an example from Mark Hulbert about how NOT to use options.

This Week’s Racing Video

Slightly off topic! haha, I wonder if they have “races” from one tank vs another! Something to think about on your next cross country flight I guess.

Netflix has generated quite a buzz here in Canada and I’m sure their selection is going to increase. Besides, Rogers and Bestbuy’s are closing down all around Vancouver. The demand is there.
