For those who haven’t figured it out, the post titled “Real Estate Agents Adopt Hedge Fund Commission Structure” was an April Fool’s prank.

I thought the name of the realty firm in the post would have been a dead giveaway: “Dewey, Cheetham and Howe” = Do We Cheat ‘em, and How.

…but perhaps the idea is not far-fetched enough? :)
