Disclaimer: The company I work for licenses the Fundamental Index methodology from Research Affiliates. Robert Arnott is the chairman and founder of Research Affiliates. This video doesn’t discuss the Fundamental Index in any way, but I thought I would point out the relationship.
I thought this was a fascinating interview with Rob Arnott, hosted by Consuelo Mack from WealthTrack. I’m including the link for you to check out – I think it is well worth the time.
Rob discusses the “one-off 10% of GDP deficit claim” of the US government and indicates it is neither a one off, nor is it only 10% using accounting standards that wouldn’t get a corporate executive thrown in jail. Brilliant, yet scary, stuff.

Thanks so much for posting this video. I've been following Mr. Arnott for some time now (mostly via John Mauldin). His view lines up pretty well with how I see things unfolding over the next decade. It won't be easy or fun, but I think there will be opportunities for prepared investors. Thanks again!
