It is sad to see what started as a great company with awesome customer service, spend more money on orange tents and prime spots at country-wide marathons and other city events. The customer service, including the Message Center at ING DIRECT.com has gone way down in the past few years. It takes the bite of the $$ sign to get you and then you risk everything to get more and more, while letting what you started go down the tubes. The Pres. is so focused on getting richer he is not aware that his employees treat the customers like rag dolls.
