As mentioned, I had an opportunity to chat with Michael Moore earlier this week to discuss his latest film, Capitalism: A Love Story. I can’t imagine anyone on this site not wanting to see this movie (if they haven’t already). The Blu-Ray and DVD become available on Tuesday March 9th and don’t forget to enter a chance to win a free DVD copy by entering the contest on this site by clicking here.
And now… on with the interview! :)

Cool. I’d love a chance to talk to Michael Moore. Many dismiss his movies as just entertainment, but I think he adds something to the political process. He’s biased to be sure, but his goal seems to be to convey ideas he believes. Most politicians (on both sides) just outright lie, which makes debates pointless. I’m always happy to debate a topic with someone who only says things he actually believes.
Excellent interview, Preet. Thank’s for arranging that.
Excellent interview (thanx for using my Q).
Michael’s correct: You are polite. This is a must-see movie for me.
Interesting interview.
You look like you’ve lost weight.
Hey Michael James you’re right on about M Moore. He also once said he felt like a closet Canadian at heart. As for lying politicos just watch the B.S. in the next few weeks about a better pension system here in Canada. Preet nailed it when he said on CTV giving us more RRSP contribution room is useless if we’re not using all of it as it is. They’re stalling on the subject because of pressure from the investment industry who doesn’t want to lose the juicy $$ they get from our mutual fund fees.
