They were sourced from various press releases from morningstar and from various financial websites (regulated ones) that show benchmark returns and the like. Unfortunately you have to hunt for the numbers, but they are out there - sometime it takes multiple sources to get the full data you are looking for. Data providers charge for access to their databases if you want the kind of access I know you are looking for...</description>
