I believe it is always a good move when you can re-align what you believe is best with the work you do. I'm sort of in the same situation. Imho, the financial services industry is a joke. Most investors still think that mutual funds are free-lol. It seems that everyone in the industry shunned De geoy for trying to do the right thing.
