Name That Visionary… and win a 32GB iPhone 3GS

Advisor.ca is a website geared towards financial advisors that is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. One contest it is holding promises the winner a 32GB iPhone 3GS (service plan not included).

Name That Visionary

To enter, all you have to do is submit up to 10 nominations on an online form indicating your choice(s) for people who are going to change the advisor universe over the next 10 years. This will take place in two phases. First they will gather the nominations to determine the top 10 names, then readers will vote again to determine the ranking of the top 10. Who is the industry’s top visionary? It’s up to you to help figure that out. Each name you submit can earn you a ballot in the draw for a 32GB iPhone 3GS.

Preet, who do you recommend we put forward for our other 9 nominations? :-)

FYI, I threw your name in the hat. Here was my rationale:

Preet offers insight into the financial services industry through his popular website, wheredoesallmymoneygo.com. While often critical of the industry, Preet also offers thoughtful and practical suggests for improvement of the industry to better serve Canadian consumers. His views have also been featured in such publications as the Globe and Mail. I believe that Preet is having a positive influence on his readers which in turn will continue to exert a positive industry on Financial Advisors as a whole.
