It seems counterintuitive that a government site would prohibit links to its site, especially when that site is set up to benefit the public. @Silicon Prairie - I thought that the idea to link to the disclaimer policy was very clever. On the other hand, I, as a commenter, feel no such compunction, thanks to a <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Section_Two_of_the_Canadian_Charter_of_Rights_and_Freedoms" rel="nofollow">rather important document</a> I once read about on <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page" rel="nofollow">Wikipedia</a>.
