It will take some time to figure it out, but you can export your journal content into a format that wordpress understands, and then just pick (or buy) a template. One suggestion. How about adding the Archives section next to the Featured | General | Uncategorized sections at the top of the page? Otherwise it's hidden on the right-side of the page and not easily accessible when looking back at your older quality posts. New site looks great!!
